End-to-end data clean-up for energy industry operators
Most operators are sitting on decades of digital and physical data — stored across physical archives, legacy hard drives, and multiple database formats. The problem isn't that the data doesn't exist. The problem is that nobody can find it, trust it, or use it quickly enough to matter.
DCAS resolves this. We take your raw, unstructured archive and systematically index, digitise, quality-control, geo-tag, classify and deliver it in formats your team can work with immediately — without the years-long in-house effort that approach would normally require.

Digitisation
Conversion of paper, film, legacy magnetic media via scanning, transcription and key-in to digital industry formats and databases.Converted data QC'd against original source material — ready for immediate petrophysical interpretation.
Data QC & Validation
Systematic quality control across every dataset — checking completeness, accuracy, consistency, and conformance with industry & client standards. All QC findings documented and reported.
Geo-Tagging & Spatial Linking
Every file and dataset spatially linked to the relevant well, field, seismic survey, block, or concession using GeoSCOPE. Creates a fully navigable, map-based view of your data inventory.
Metadata Enrichment
Extraction, standardisation, and completion of metadata across all asset types. Missing well headers populated, duplicate records resolved, naming conventions harmonised across the full dataset.
Data Loading & Delivery
Validated data loaded directly into your target system. Full handover documentation and data dictionary provided.
