Waclaw (Wally) Jakubowicz - Founder & Managing Director

Wally has 36 years experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry, which started at Schlumberger in the North Sea, Norway, Paris and Nigeria. Wally spent many years as a Field Engineer where he specialised in VSP and then moved onto working as a Petrophysicist.

Wally is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events on subjects related to data management within the oil and gas industry.

Simon Fisher - Chief Technology Officer

Simon has 25 years in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry. Simon started his career as a Mud Logging engineer with Halliburton and then as a Geologist with Premier Oil.

Simon holds degrees in Geology and Petroleum Geology and in 1991 became an MS Certified Engineer and specialised in E&P Database analytics.

Simon oversee’s all aspects of HDS’s in-house technology development and on-going management.
